For internet service providers

Your ISP collecting, serving and selling on its own, around the clock.

I work in the administration of a fiber ISP and built the systems that run it. Now I bring what works to other providers: collections, subscriber portal, management dashboard, website and training.

What slows an ISP down

Problems I lived from the inside, with the fix we used for each one.

Overdue accounts tracked by hand Someone has to remember to remind, warn and suspend, every month. Automated collections
Support busy with invoice copies Many calls are just to ask for a bank slip or Pix. Subscriber portal
Sales closed without checking coverage The rep promises, and the install team finds out it is not covered. Website with coverage check
Monthly numbers in spreadsheets Subscribers, sales and overdue accounts built by hand, always late. Management dashboard
New staff learning by improvising Every new hire repeats the same questions and mistakes. Video training
A website that shows plans but does not sell Visitors arrive, cannot find coverage and go to a competitor. Official website

Starting prices in Brazilian reais. The final price comes in writing after the assessment, based on subscriber base and ERP. Third-party costs such as the official WhatsApp API, calls and servers are paid separately.

Works with the ERP you already use

You do not switch systems. I connect to what already runs at your ISP and follow four rules in every project.

The ERP stays the source of truth None of my systems calculates invoice amounts. They only show and use what the ERP generated.
One door to the ERP A single service talks to the ERP, with a closed list of operations and a queue.
If the ERP goes down, customers see a notice Automatic maintenance mode instead of an error page on billing day.
Nothing ships without tests Test environment, automated tests and daily database backups.
In production

Tested first at my own ISP

Everything on this page was born in the daily routine of a fiber ISP in Greater São Paulo. Names and numbers stay private; what runs, I show you on a call.

  • Internal platform connecting ERP, network and bank
  • Collections with automatic reminders and suspension
  • Post-install survey sent automatically
  • Goals dashboard on the office TV
  • Subscriber portal with Pix, barcode and bank slip

ISP questions

No. I connect to the system you already use. I have hands-on experience with IXC Soft; other ERPs with an API are evaluated in the assessment.
